Alan L. Rice
President

Alan Rice has served as president of LS Energy Services USA, Inc. since November of 2020.  He began his career in the oil and gas industry in 1998 at Ref-Chem LP where he started in the field as a iron worker and welder. Over his 24+ year career, Alan has grown and established a reputation as an accomplished and successful professional capable of collaborating and exceeding clients expectations, along with his ability to direct highly productive teams in the field, in the engineering/design offices, and in the senior most levels of management and has gained the respect of his staff, his peers, and his customers as a leader who will go the extra mile.  Alan has proven his talents and ability to providing proactive thought in design, pre-construction and construction. Throughout his career, he has been recognized as a leader whose teams consistently exceed client expectations in the areas of safety, quality and timeliness. His focus on the customer’s needs and commitment to delivering the best product for the best value has resulted in a relationship with every client and professional who has interacted with LS Energy Services USA, Inc.

Robert E. VanNieuwenhuyzen
Director of Projects

Robert is the Director of Projects at LS Energy Services USA, Inc. (LSES). He has lead our Project Controls and Project Management efforts since he joined LSES in December of 2020. Under Robert’s oversight, LSES has built the financial and performance reporting infrastructure needed to be flexible, accountable and responsive to our client’s needs along with capable of being expanded and evolved to meet our company’s growth. During Robert’s short tenure with LSES, he has led and contributed directly to the Company Growth. Robert served honorably in the USAF, and has used the leadership skills developed there to help lead LS Energy Services USA. His dedication to LSES serves to ensure LSES is committed to safety, quality and client satisfaction.

Benjamin White

Director of Health

​

Ben joins the LS Energy Services Executive Team with dual role responsibilities as the Director of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) programs, and as Director of Human Resources (HR).

In his HSE role he is responsible for the design, implementation, communication and coordination of all HSE programs for the corporation while providing technical and administrative direction on all HSE decisions.

 

In his HR role he is responsible for the various aspects of the corporate human resources efforts including talent acquisition and management strategies, compensation and benefits, organizational development, training and leadership development, compliance, and employee relations.

Ben has 17 years of experience in Health Safety and Environmental and 7 years as responsibility for HR. Ben has attended college at SACC in Arkansas, and at Texas A& M Texarkana. Ben holds several certifications in HSE and HR.
